If you registered online, confirmations are automatically sent out to the email you provided during the registration process. If you sent in a registration form by fax, you should receive an email confirmation within 24-48 hours to the email you provided on the form. In either case, if you did not receive a confirmation, it may have been filtered out by your email system. Please contact (800) 576-8788 if you have any questions or concerns about your registration status.

During the conference dress attire is business casual.
You will need a U.S. Visa in order to attend Global Fleet Conference. To find out more information on obtaining a Visa to visit the United States, please visit the official Department of State U.S. Visa page.

First, click here to review the two partnership levels and contact the proper sales manager to discuss your options. The most important thing is to return a signed contract with payment. Once we receive your contract, we will contact you to discuss your partnership deliverables.
No. The Global Fleet Conference does not have an exhibit hall or display area; however, the conference offers plenty of networking opportunities for you to meet with fleet managers.
YES - Badges will be required for all personnel to enter the conference area and must be worn at all times.
Allotment breakdown is as follows:
Platinum: 8 passes for your representatives and/or clients
Gold: 4 passes for your representatives and/or clients
If you have used your allotment and require additional staff badges, or guest badges, you may purchase additional full conference passes. See your custom Partnership Packet for more information.
Refer to your custom Partnership Packet to access the registration link, login and password and complete your registration online. Partnership Packets are emailed to the contact listed on your partnership agreement no later than three months prior to the conference. Partner registration should be completed by the deadline date. If you have questions regarding registration call Customer Service at (800) 576-8788.
You can pick up your badge onsite at the Global Fleet Conference registration desk. For confirmation of your registration you may call (800) 576-8788.
Please refer to your partnership contract for cancellation terms and conditions.
Yes, partners can transfer badges prior to the conference. It cannot be transferred mid-conference if the badge has already been picked up.
You must provide identification on-site for admittance into the conference. We recommend you bring a stack of business cards and a list of your goals.

Global Fleet Conference attendees must be 18 or older and have a conference pass.
There is not a spouse pass available for the Global Fleet Conference. If you would like to bring a spouse to conference functions, they must register for the conference.
