No refunds or credits will be granted, under any circumstances, after May 2, 2019.

Hospitality and Special Events: Your company is required to be registered for Global Fleet Conference to maintain a hospitality suite, or conduct a special event during the Global Fleet Conference. You must request approval from Global Fleet Conference management 45 days prior to the event. The suite or special event host is responsible for making the arrangements with the hotel and is responsible for all charges. No events will be permitted that conflict with any official portion of the Global Fleet Conference. If the event is open to the entire conference delegation, a request can be made to be included in the program guide. Global Fleet Conference reserves the right to not approve an event or hospitality room in conjunction with the event. The hotel is advised not to book an event unless it has been approved by Global Fleet Conference management in advance. No event can be conducted during scheduled conference hours including networking events.
