*Registration Policy: To qualify for a Fleet Manager Pass you must be directly employed by the company or agency that owns and operates a commercial fleet, public policy-maker, or fleet industry association. Sales reps and individuals providing support services not directly employed by a company or agency that owns and operates a commercial fleet including, but not limited to equipment, product and service suppliers, consultants, and investors must purchase a Fleet Supplier pass or sponsorship. All registrations are pending approval and will be audited for compliance.
Cancellation Policy: Requests must be made in writing prior to Cancellation Date. Please forward cancellation letters to Global Fleet Conference, 3520 Challenger Street, Torrance, CA 90503, Fax: (310)533-2511, [email protected]. A $75 processing fee will be applied. No refunds or credits will be granted, under any circumstances, after the cancellation deadline date.
Photo and Video Release: By attending the Global Fleet Conference, you hereby grant Bobit Business Media, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and multimedia of you and your property in relation to Global Fleet Conference. You also authorize Global Fleet Conference to use such images with or without your name, and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, print advertising, and web content.
Attendee Roster Consent: It is standard procedure for the Global Fleet Conference to publish the attendee roster online. By registering for the Global Fleet Conference you consent to the posting of your name, company, city and state/region on the official conference website. Hospitality and Special Events: Your company is required to be registered for Global Fleet Conference to maintain a hospitality suite, or conduct a special event during the Global Fleet Conference. You must request approval from Global Fleet Conference management 45 days prior to the event. The suite or special event host is responsible for making the arrangements with the hotel and is responsible for all charges. No events will be permitted that conflict with any official portion of the Global Fleet Conference. If the event is open to the entire conference delegation, a request can be made to be included in the program guide. Global Fleet Conference reserves the right to not approve an event or hospitality room in conjunction with the event. The hotel is advised not to book an event unless it has been approved by Global Fleet Conference management in advance. No event can be conducted during scheduled conference hours including networking events.
