Cristiana Michetti joined 3M in 1999 as a Corporate Auditor and spent the following 17 years in Finance with roles across all EMEA. In 2016, she moved to Facilities and Services as the area head, with core responsibility over Facility Operations, Site Services, Fleet and Travel. In all these spaces 3M is on a globalization journey entailing business process standardization and leveraging of global spend.
