Frank started at 3M in 2004 as a Sourcing Specialist managing Indirect and Logistics Spend, in 2011, he became the ANZ Sourcing Manager overseeing all spend areas and continued to manage Logistics I also took on Fleet and Travel Category Management. In 2014, he concurrently became a Six Sigma Black Belt and in 2017 also took on APAC responsibility for Fleet and Travel, adding APAC IT Category Management in 2020. From an APAC Fleet and Travel perspective he works closely with Country Sourcing, Global Sourcing, Regional and Global Fleet teams to ensure 3M's strategic objectives are executed in a positive way.
