Gavin Eagle is Managing Director of LeasePlan International. He has global strategic responsibility for LeasePlan International's segment and manages an experienced international team who work closely with large international companies to develop, implement and manage their global fleet programmes. 

Gavin has over 25 years of experience in the automotive and fleet management sector. Earlier in his career, he headed up LeasePlan's business development division for Northern Europe. In 2009 he became Commercial and Marketing Director at LeasePlan Italy, where he stayed until December 2016. He holds a bachelor in Economics from the Monash University and an MBA in International BUsiness from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
