Mike Pitcher has four decades of leadership experience in sales and executive management.  His career includes executive leadership positions at Pitney Bowes, Dell Computers and LeasePlan.  His international experience includes responsibilities in Hong Kong, and Sydney, Australia.

As the CEO of LeasePlan USA, Mike was part of a team that was twice awarded the ‘Best Place to Work’ in the City of Atlanta, as well as being recognized as a ‘Great Place to Work’ in the USA by Forbes magazine.  Mike also received the Outstanding CEO award in Atlanta during his tenure at LeasePlan. Under Mike’s leadership, LeasePlan USA improved the bottom line 450% in 8 years, and increased the return on equity by 7 times.  The company also enjoyed an 82% “highly engaged” work force evaluation by an independent third party, one of the highest levels of engagement ever rated by this firm. Mike is a guest speaker at Emory University, the University of Georgia and the University of Texas.  He speaks professionally on his book, “The Seven Elements of Leadership for a New Breed of Leader”, and he presents on the topic of ending Distracted Driving, titled “How to Save a Life”. 

Mike is a resident of Atlanta, Georgia where he lives with his wife Sheri. They have four daughters, and five grandchildren.
