Ryan Grodzki currently serves as Director of Business Development at Tractable. Tractable is a global company that has implemented Artificial Intelligence at scale across five continents in the insurance, automotive, fleet, and collision industries. Ryan's focus has been partnering with a variety of automotive and fleet organizations to leverage Artificial Intelligence within vehicle acquisition, remarketing, and condition inspection processes.

Involved in the fleet and automotive industry for over a decade, Ryan has held positions on the analytic, consulting, and commercial side at Donlen, where he served most recently as VP of Sales. Ryan has led efforts to optimize total cost of ownership and fleet efficiencies within global organizations, leveraging technology to improve all aspects of the vehicle lifecycle. Grodzki holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia.
