Steve McClellan is the Facility Leader for the 3M facilities located in San Antonio, TX, he also serves as a Fleet Advisor as a member of the 3M Global & USAC Fleet Teams. His fleet experience started in the late 1990’s creating specialized transport solutions in the medical industry for Kinetic Concepts Inc. Steve possesses a very spirited commitment of “continuous improvement” to himself, teammates, peers, and suppliers. Outside of the office Steve enjoys traveling along with a passion for the outdoors.
