Mr. João Alberto Mazoni Andrade is the Managing Director in Localiza Fleet Solutions, in where he joined in 2004. He is graduated in Business Administration at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (Minas Gerais Federal University) in 1989, Director of Global Fleet Services, MBA at the University of Texas in Austin, (1998 to 2000), and has participated, in 2012, in a management program in Kellogg School of Business. Mr. Andrade began his career as an entrepreneur, as Director Partner in two companies. In 2000 he has joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants where he has worked on several projects, especially in the automotive industry and financial services. He has begun in Localiza Fleet Solutions as Regional Sales Director, then Operations Director, and now occupies the Managing Director position.
Mike Antich is executive editor and associate publisher for Automotive Fleet Magazine. Mike has been involved in the fleet industry for more than 25 years, writing and editing more than 5,000 articles on fleet management, in addition to his active membership in industry associations, including the Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association (AFLA), NAFA Fleet Management Association (NAFA), and the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance (IARA). Mike is a past AFLA president, a 15-year member of the NAFA Foundation Board of Directors, and long-time member of the NAFA Affiliates Committee. He was chairman of the IARA industry task force that developed the first-ever Certified Automotive Remarketers (CAR) program and has served 10 years on the IARA Board of Directors.
Rusty began his career with Shell in 1987 in the Retail Fuels organization. Over the past 32 years he has gained extensive experience selling Shell’s Fuel and Lubricants. His previous role was Marketing Vice President for Lubricants North America, where he was responsible for some of the largest lubricants brands in the US. In 2017, Rusty became the Vice President and General Manager of Shell’s Fleet Solutions business for the Americas. This includes the development and growth of the Commercial Fleet Card & Fuel Business in North America, covering the US and Canada, as well as emerging markets like Mexico.
Kent Bjertrup joined ALD Automotive back in 1998 in Denmark. In 2005 he opened ALD Automotive in Lithuania, and in 2009 he was appointed Managing Director of the three Baltic countries. In 2010 he moved on to become Managing Director of ALD Automotive Russia and in 2012 he was additionally appointed Regional Director for ALD Automotive’s activities in the North East European Region. In 2016 he moved on to ALD Automotive’s HQ in Paris to become Group Chief Commercial Officer, while he one and a half year later moved on to strengthen ALD’s presence in Latin America with direct presence in Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Peru & Colombia.
Mr. Jaime Bringas is the Fleet Manager in TEVA Pharmaceuticals Mexico. He´s graduated in Business Administration at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) in 2003. Mr. Bringas has been worked in the fleet area for 14 years, in a different kind of companies, just like Grupo Salinas and Bayer. In his current role as Fleet Manager for TEVA, has been worked in a different initiatives to reduce the car crash occurrence (EHS), increase the service level, and the last goal was move the TEVA sales force cars to hybrid technology to reduce CO2 emissions. In parallel, currently he is in charge of Mexican Fleet Managers group that has the principal goal share best practices.
Victor Campuzano is the Marketing and Sales Director in Ariza. He joined Ariza in 2003 and his vast experience relays in Sales, product development, Operations and client relations. His passion is to apply more than 21 years of experience in the Mexican fleet market to develop business strategy and products and to educate the market creating a positive impact in the operations and results of Ariza´s Clients as well as in the marketplace. Victor is directly responsible for the solid and constant growth of Ariza in the last 16 years. Victor has participated in different conferences within US and Europe in order to explain the trends of the fleet market in Mexico. Víctor holds a bachelor´s degree in finance, an MBA from IPADE Business School, and has participated in Executive management programs in Wharton Pennsylvania and in Kellogg School of Business.
For eleven years Tim developed products for General Motors Fleet & Commercial Operations. As the voice of the customer he developed products that were used as work tools to make your businesses better and have advanced technology for the regular retail customer. He wrote the requirements to connect OnStar to the Electronic Control Module to feed vehicle health data back to a web-server and then onto a Smartphone. He wrote the requirements to use Bluetooth to make "Hands Free Calling" a reality. One of the last developments before leaving General Motors was to put WiFi in the Cadillacs and Chevrolets. Today Tim concentrates his efforts on automated vehicles and connecting business leaders.
Sheryl Connelly has served as Ford Motor Company’s futurist for more than a decade. She is responsible for identifying global trends, exploring potential implications and cascading these insights on futuring to organizations throughout the company, including design, product development and corporate strategy. She is a member of the Global Advisory Council on transportation for the World Economic Forum. Fast Company magazine named her one of the Most Creative People in Business in 2013 and 2015. Connelly has been a featured speaker at TED Global, appeared on CBS This Morning, CNBC’s Fast Money and NPR’s All Things Considered with Robert Siegel. Before working for Ford, she practiced law. In addition to a juris doctorate, Connelly holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s in business administration. When her schedule permits, she teaches design research at Center for Creative Studies in Detroit.
Pedro Conte is Content Coordinator at the PARAR Institute, the largest association for fleet managers in Latin America, and is also a Board Member at the NAFA Foundation. Pedro holds two Master’s Degree in Business Administration and in Marketing Management and has leaded the development of the PGF Certification Program for Fleet Managers.
Ricardo de Bolle has over 20 years’ experience in Full Service Lease and Logistic Services domain. Maximizing customer relationship, business consulting, strategic planning and cross selling, exercised a key role in the implementation and development of Arval in Brazil allowing solid and constant growth. He is an experienced Commercial Director and as from a couple of years is responsible for the Element-Arval Global alliance development in LATAM; he is fluent in Portuguese, French, English and Spanish.
Pim is responsible for managing all Ground Transportation at Royal Philips including a global fleet of 12.000 vehicles. Since 2012 he is managing the global fleet where he introduced a global fleet policy, run multiple fleet cost optimization programs, set up a peer network group of International Fleet Experts and ever since he is a jury member of the International Fleet Industry Award. As of 2017, Pim is managing a multimodal mobility program with a mission to create opportunities for more flexible, sustainable and cost-efficient mobility solutions. In this role his strategic focus is on further optimizing total cost of mobility with end-to-end integrated solutions.
Dmochowsky is responsible for overseeing Mondelēz International 10,500 Global Fleet. Amongst his most notable achievements when comparing the 2016 total global fleet spend results against 2015 Dmochowsky had a spend reduction of 21%. This reduction was a combination of: a change in the global vehicle selection process, policy implementation, continuous savings initiative and TCO reduction. Additionally, Dmochowsky currently serves on the GM Global Commercial Sounding Board. He served as AFLA president from 2013 to 2014. In 2017 John was named the 2017 Professional Fleet Manager of the Year.
Stuart Mobility Donnelly has dedicated his career to bringing positive disruption to the mobility eco system. Today it is all about how flexibility combined with digitalization and the concept of mobility as a service (MaaS) can bring change to how we manage our corporate travel and mobility programs. Alongside his curiosity and ambition for how to develop and bring change to the mobility ecosystem, by day and night, Donnelly can be found dressed in the iconic Sixt Orange posting photos and vlogs since assuming his responsibilities for Group Sales at Sixt in Jan 2018 covering all sales channels for Europe and the US. Prior to that Donnelly spent the last decade working with Fortune 500 companies globally to professionalize and optimize their global car fleet programs.
With more than 20 years’ industry experience, Matt Dyer is responsible for leading LeasePlan USA in its strategic endeavors and further promoting the strong focus on optimizing the client experience. Prior to joining LeasePlan USA in 2019, Matt led strategic initiatives that put the customer first during his 5-year tenure as managing director at LeasePlan UK. He played a key role in developing the company’s innovation strategy and oversaw the successful launch of CarNext.com, a pan-European marketplace for high-quality used cars in the UK. Matt has fulfilled several senior positions for LeasePlan, including commercial director and managing director of LeasePlan International. He has a strong record in delivering commercial growth and strategic change and has a significant track record in global business. Prior to joining LeasePlan in 1996, Matt held management roles at Mobil Oil in both sales and procurement and has also worked for Hewlett Packard.
Patti Earley, CAFM® has worked in various capacities in fleet management for over 30 years. She managed the Transportation Department at South Dakota State University, held the post of Deputy State Director of Fleet and Travel Management for the State of South Dakota and is currently the Fleet Fuel Operations Specialist for Florida Power and Light. Patti is an active member of NAFA Fleet Management Association and is currently serving as President of the organization. She also serves as an Ambassador for the National Biodiesel Board and is an appointed member of the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Emergency Route Working Group.
Tenure with Safelite of 14 years, 12 years in Fleet . Erin has been responsible for national fleet operations for more than 8200 vehicles with an annual budget of over $80M. Fleet operations responsibilities include fleet department associate management and development, process review and reform, contract negotiation, supplier relations and performance management, budgeting and P&L management, vehicle specification/ selection/procurement/up-fitting, national maintenance management, national fuel program, sustainability and environmental initiatives, acquisition and integration activities.
Regina joined LeasePlan in April 2014, in the role of LPMX HR Director. Since then, Regina has played a pivotal role in LPMX becoming the only company to receive the highest-level gold certificate for diversity from the Mexican government. As such, LPMX received an invitation from the Mexican president to celebrate Mexico’s Independence Day. In January 2017, Regina became Commercial Director for LPMX, and has been responsible for 30% YTD growth. Regina studied Organizational Psychology at Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and has an MBA.
Miray Halavurt is Manager Global Sourcing Car Fleet and Finance at Mondelez International. She has engineering background. She holds MBA degree and Integrated Lean Six Sigma Black Belt as well. She has solid business experience – 5 years in Procurement and 8 years in Manufacturing; 10 years on a managerial position. Miray leads Company Cars and Financial Services Cost Packages globally. In this role she manages the sourcing process for more than 10.000 cars. She also works actively on implementation of Strategic Relationship Management Program with key suppliers that enables both parties to grow together. She had developed regional and global based sourcing strategies including upstream sourcing and concluded many highly appreciated sourcing events.
Ferenc (Feri) has an overall 11 years of industry experience in procurement, he joined IBM in 2010. Supported and led transformation projects throughout his career and has a broad supply chain T-Shape skill set. He became team leader for EMEA for the Travel Sourcing team in 2014, became EMEA Auto Lease category lead in 2015. In 2016 Auto Rental and Ground Transportation has been added to his scope, while at the end of 2017 he became Global sourcing leader for the same categories. He has extensive knowledge in this area, since he has been working with fleets throughout his entire career and keen on holding educations/training to share his expertise.

He is widely regarded as an expert in MaaS/Big Data solutions and managing business to reach the peak of their potential. Paul has dedicated the last 15 years to the corporate fleet market. His current roles support training and development of the next generation of leaders within the UK fleet industry (ICFM), while his role at TMC pushes the global market boundaries within the mobility and big data sector.

Sergio holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, has extensive experience in Brazil, where he has been working and living since 2007, always managing Commercial teams. He served 8 years as the Commercial Director of the Societe General Consumer Finance entity, then as a Commercial Director to ALD Brazil in 2015. In January 2018 Sergio assumed a new role within ALD Automotive, being responsible of the Commercial Coordination in the LATAM region, with the main objective of providing a homogeneous offer of mobility solutions in all the 12 countries where ALD+WHEELS Alliance is present.
David Madrigal is Executive Vice President, Mexico. Madrigal is responsible for all of Element’s functions and operations in Mexico, including customer relations, business strategy and product development. Madrigal has been in fleet management and commercial finance for nearly 20 years and has led Element’s Mexican business since 2015. His experience spans sales, risk, marketing, operations, project management and business development. Throughout his career, he has achieved a successful record of generating revenues, increasing market penetration, reducing costs and improving business performance. After fleet industry roles in remarketing, fleet management, and sales with U.S. Bank and General Electric, Adam became the fleet manager of General Mills in 2015. Adam manages a fleet of 1,600 vehicles in North America and is currently working on the General Mills global presence in Europe and Latin America. In addition to his membership in NAFA and AFLA, he serves on the Commercial Sounding Board for General Motors. Adam was recognized with a 2017 Fleet Visionary Award, a 2018 NAFA Flexy Award, and was recently nominated for 2018 Professional Fleet Manager of the Year.

Vin spent the majority of career moving up the Finance ranks within Kraft/Nabisco with approx. 20 different positions within corporate and Category Finance. Her background includes global strategy fleet implementation in Mexico, Brazil, Peru, in a scale of more than 2,000 vehicles Procurement professional with + 9 yrs of experience background in sourcing strategy, supplier relationship management, negotiation and project manager. She has worked in difference initiatives to reduce the TCO, fuel consumption and focus on continuous projects. Her current challenge is to introduce disruptive innovation in mobility as well sustainability, as part of fleet management culture.
Greg Scott is President of Merevir Consulting, a Washington, D.C.-based consulting firm. Greg is an attorney and lobbyist with over 35 years of experience representing clients and trade associations before Congress and the federal administrative agencies. Arising from his representation of the American Car Rental Association, Geotab, Inc., and Recall Masters, Inc., Greg founded and is Executive Director of the Global Alliance for Vehicle Data Access (GAVDA) in 2018. GAVDA is dedicated to preserving the rights of vehicle owners to access and control the data generated by their vehicles.

In his previous function, Johan was Director Fleet, Remarketing & Dealer Network at Toyota Motor Europe, responsible for development in 54 countries – a job which he built from scratch in 2002. Before 2002, Johan held various positions in Sales & Marketing with Opel, Peugeot & Mercedes
David is the European Fleet Manager for Mondelez. He manages a fleet of 4500 vehicles across 33 countries. Since 2016, David has implemented new policies in each market; generated transparency on fleet processes, inventory and total costs; worked on global strategies; and supported the day-to-day operations in countries. David’s focus is on extending geographical coverage to new markets in central Asia; continuous refinement of policies and processes; and bringing the learnings from the past 2 years for the next strategic development. He serves on various advisory boards and is passionate about creating a sustainable future for company mobility.
