Adie Lu began working for 3M in 2014 as a Sourcing Agent responsible for LATAM Fleet and Travel and Site Service in Panama. In 2016 as Black Belt, I developed regional projects in Travel area and Facilities Management. Since 2019, she has been responsible for LATAM Facilities and Services collaborating with each country and region to standardize processes and get efficiency in our operations following global guidelines.
