David Hathaway joined 3M in November 2019 as part of an acquisition of a previous company, where he spent 6 years as the Indirect Sourcing Lead for EMEA/APAC. Part of his role included global responsibility for the Fleet programs. He is now partner with Mark Peabody to bring together best practices globally and support each of the regions in the delivery of their programs.
