Francisco Cabeza leads the electric vehicle strategy for Element Fleet in Mexico. He has led electric mobility strategies for Mexico and Latin America. Working as head of electromobility at the Federal Electricity Commission and as a business developer at ENGIE Latam. Among other actions, Francisco collaborates with the International Energy Agency in the Global Program to help countries in their transition to electric mobility. In addition, he performed EV Strategies in Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Chile articulating projects such as the first 20-ton EV Fleet for Grupo Modelo, the smart charging network for DHL, 99Minutos & BEAT-Tesla. He has two master's degrees: one in Luxury Brand Marketing from INSEEC in France; and another in Business Administration from UDLAP. He also studied Political Psychology at Stanford University and has a diploma in Public Administration with a focus on energy from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
